Words fail to describe our deep emotions and sentiments in informing you of the sad, sudden and the unexpected passing of our esteemed Stefan
His larger-than-life presence in our professional and personal lives leaves a huge void and he will be sadly missed. We express our deepest sympathy to his family and to all his loved ones. Stefan was our champion and our strongest advocate in the promotion of community languages. Stefan leaves us with many wonderful legacies, the memories of which will assist to slowly wipe away the tears we shed. Rest in eternal peace dear Stefan

A State Funeral Service to honour the life of Stefan Romaniw OAM will be held at 10.00 am on Friday, 12 July at Sts Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral in North Melbourne.
